Did you know we have six School Resource Officers who are fully commissioned with the Christian County Sheriff's Office? Combined, our school police has more than 170 years of public safety service. Safety of our students and staff are their top priority.

Bond Update

In spring 2023 we broke ground on three new storm shelters, thanks to voter approval of a $19 million no-tax-increase bond issue in April 2022. We held a ribbon cutting for the Ozark Middle School shelter this spring and are looking forward to upcoming ribbon cuttings for the Tiger Paw and Ozark High School shelters.

The Ozark Board of Education is committed to the well-being of each staff member and student while supporting the mission and vision of the school district. School Board meetings are open to the public and are generally the third Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Ozark Innovation Center.

2 OHS students show off their medals from the Job Olympics

The Branson Job Olympics, held March 27, is designed to give students with disabilities the opportunity to practice job-related skills that will enhance their lifelong goal of being employed. Twelve school districts participated with nearly 200 students competing in areas including hospitality, culinary, child care, department store events, grocery industry, automotive detail and business events.
